DURHAM -- Roberta J. Hall passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at home on Saturday, November 22. She was 82 years young.

Roberta is survived by her daughter, granddaughter, grandson, great-granddaughter, two sisters, one brother, and a multitude of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Beulah Wilkins; her beloved twin, Anna Mayes; and husbands, Leroy Crabtree and Charlie Hall.

She was a woman of great faith and loved her church family at West Durham Pentecostal Holiness Church. She touched the lives of many people, always a kind word, a loving hand and a friend to all. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be conducted at West Durham Pentecostal Holiness Church by Rev. James Williams on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive visitors from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Hudson Funeral Home and at other times at her daughter's home. Flowers are acceptable. Arrangements are by Hudson Funeral Home. Herald-Sun, The (Durham, NC) - November 24, 2008
