Alva "Sue" (Atteberry) Booze, age 77, a Fort Worth, TX. resident since 1999 formerly of Durant, OK., was born on Sunday, June 28, 1936, to Charlie and Goldie Lea (Hickman) Atteberry, in Wilson Community, Atoka County, OK. Sue passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2013 in Fort Worth, TX. She attended Wapanucka High School. Sue was a homemaker. She married William Clyde Booze on May 11, 1956 in Durant, OK. Sue was a member of the McPherson Road Baptist Church where she was the piano player. Her and husband, Clyde organized a senior group called the "Young at Heart". She loved to cook and care for other people and took great pleasure in spoiling her grandkids.
Sue is survived by her children, Ronnie Booze and wife Carmine of Wylie, TX., Patsy Zachary and husband Roger of Calera, OK., Pam Miles and husband David of Fort Worth, TX.; grandchildren, Kathy Barton and husband Shane of Calera, OK., Connie Dotson of Calera, OK., Karen McDonough and husband Bill of Calera, OK., Ronnie Booze Jr. and wife Danya of Fort Worth, TX., Kimberly Booze of Forth Worth, TX., Angela Gaddis and husband Bobby of Sachse, TX., Cody White and wife Crystal of Wylie, TX., Stephanie Doty and husband Jerad of Rio Vista, TX., Ryan Miles and wife Amber of Burleson, TX., 22 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Sue is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Goldie Lea (Hickman) Atteberry; husband, Clyde Booze; grandson, Dereck Miles; sisters, Hager Marie Blakley, Norma Ellen Maxey,Helen White, Louella White; brothers, R.J. and Leon Atteberry.
