Joyce's obituary (ECM Post Review June 2004):
Joyce Bernice Anderson, age 74 of Harris, Minn., died on June 10, 2004 at the Hennepin Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minn. after a cerebral hemorrhage.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 14, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in North Branch with Rev. Dale Stiles officiating. Interment was in the Sunrise Cemetery in Sunrise, Minn. Arrangements by Grandstrand Funeral Home in North Branch, Minn.
Joyce was born on Jun. 20, 1930 to Henry and Julia (Wredberg) Ramberg in Rush City, Minn. She attended school at the Harris School from 1936 until 1944.
On April 21, 1949 she married John A. Anderson and worked as a homemaker for most of her life. Joyce enjoyed crochet, puzzles, playing board games, baking, Twins baseball, but mostly she enjoyed babysitting for her grandchildren.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, husband John, three brothers: Marvin, John and Donald, sister Violet and granddaughter Holly Anderson.
Joyce is survived by three sons: Roger and wife Carole, Ronnie and wife Kim, Rob and wife Brenda; one daughter Cheryl Stolp and husband Gene; eight grandchildren: Jackie, Justin, Preston, Crystal, Angie, Corey, Tabatha, and Time; four great-grandchildren: Samantha, Bailey, Dakota, and Matthew: many other relatives and friends.
