Services for William A. "Bill" Harrison, 57, 809 South Fifth St., Fairfield, Iowa, who died at 8:35 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, 1987 at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City, were held Nov. 27, 1987 at First Lutheran Church with the Rev. John Meyer officiating.

Burial was in Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Family visitation was Thursday evening, Nov. 26, 1987 at Raymond Funeral Home. Memorials have been established to First Lutheran Church and the Heart Fund.

Harrison was born May 26, 1930 in Fairfield, the son of Hugh A. "Andy" and Ruth Morrill Harrison. He lived his entire life in Fairfield, where he was a member of First Lutheran Church, the Benevolent Order of the Elks, and the Walton Club. He was control technician for the former Michigan-Wisconsin Pipeline, now ANR Pipeline.

He married Lois M. Jacobs Aug. 26, 1951 in Lockridge. She
survives.

Also surviving are a son, Dr. Michael J. Harrison of Fairfield; his mother Ruth of Fairfield; four sisters, Carol Millholin of Colorado Springs, Shirley Maxwell of Osage, Iowa; Kay McCleary of Batavia, and Christy Popejoy of Montrose, Iowa; several nieces and nephews.
