She was born Dec. 30, 1909 at Princeton, Mo., to Francis M. and Sarah Alice Brown Thompson. She married Mike Young June 29, 1927 at Princeton, Mo. She married George W. Armtrong Jan. 25, 1964 at Luray, Mo. He preceded her in death Dec. 6, 1971.
She attended school at Princeton, Mo. She moved to the Sigourney area in 1927. She has resided at the Manor House since l991.
She was preceded in death by both of her husbands;. her parents; seven sisters, Vera Thompson, Jane Arnold, Ruby Seip, Della Egeland, Amy Fuhs, Margaret Meinecke, and Stella Waddell; and two brothers, Hubert and Edwin Thompson.
Graveside services will be Monday, at the Pennington Cemetery near Sigourney with Rev. Frances Baumert officiating.
