Argentine trade union and political leaders. Born in Santa Teresita. He developed his main task union during the recovery after the military dictatorship (1976-1983), the "Asociación de Trabajadores del Estado" (ATE). He was National Deputy 1989-1993. He joined the sector deputies peronistas dissidents with the driving of Carlos Menem, known as "El Grupo de los 8". Despite being seriously ill, on November 14, 1992, during the inauguration of the Central de Trabajadores Argentinos (CTA), he said: "Cancer is not going to kill me. The only thing I can kill is sadness, the sadness of knowing we can not get to build what he has to be an option for all workers". He was an honest leader, something difficult for these times of Argentina. He died of cancer. His remains were cremated and taken to his native Santa Teresita, where his ashes were thrown into the Atlantic Ocean.
