Gary Lundquist grew up in Burbank, California. He was the youngest of Carl and Anne Lundquist's five children. Gary graduated from Burbank High School in 1962.
He married Shirley Grothe on July 1, 1964 and they had three children: Lori, Scott and Angie,
While in the US Air Force, Gary got Systemic Lupus which went into remission but flare-ups over the years compromised his immune system that led to a lung fungus which tragically caused his death.
Gary was 64 years old when he died.
