The daughter of George Webster & Ida Virginia (Vaughan) Shibley, Eliza married Reginald Monasco Armstrong on 29 Apr 1907 in Sebastian Co AR, the son of George Thomas & Mary Etta (Chitwood) Armstrong. They had six children, two sons and four daughters.
