English Comedian and Character Actor Joe Baker was born in London on December 14th `1928 to two british vaudevillains. He began his career as a stand up comedian in London night clubs and cabarets and he also starred in West End stage productions such as Joey, Joey and Great Grimaldi. He got his own british show The Joe Baker Show and later on after moving to Los Angeles in 1975 he starred in many American TvShows and Movies such as Mrs. Columbo (1979), Coach (1990), Robin Hood: Men in Tights (1993), and Dumb and Dumber (1994). He was a well known voice actor too and his best well known voice was the voice of Lon the Settler in Disney's Pocahontas (1995). He also taught Laurence Oliver how to imitate Donald Duck. Joe Baker died on May 16th 2001 from a heart attack at the age of 72 in Los Angeles California. He was survived by his wife Anne and two daughters Emma and Sarah.
