Surviving are his mother, Erlene (Milford) VanWeerd, Clearfield; eight brothers, Robert, John, Verl, Dean, Richard, Arnold, Earl, Joshua, three sisters, Heidi, Holly and Elisabeth.
Preceded in death by his father and sister, Mary.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan.19, 2008, at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.
