Ralph was married to Sarah L. Kirtland. He died in Throggs Neck, Westchester County, NY which later became Bronx Borough of New York City, Bronx County, NY. His parents are not known, but about the same time Ralph and Sarah moved to Greene County, NY there was a Judge Thomas Ebernezer Barker there. When Ralph and Sarah moved to Throggs Neck in Westchester County, the Judge also moved there. Ralph and the Judge may have been related.

Executors: son, George Barker, nephew, Ebenezer Barker
House and farm in Throggs Neck to wife and daughter; if they sell it, the money from the sale has to be divided 1/3 each with one share of money to son, Charles. If wife and daughter die, the money from the sale of house and farm is to be divided among grandchildren of son, Charles, son, George and if Mary married and had children, then it would include her children.

Note: Will written on February 27, 1854 and revised on August 3, 1860 to include his grandchildren by George and Mary. Mary never married. Ralph never revised his Will after wife, Sarah died.
