ALBERSON, Edna Jean Renfro, 79, Ashland, died December 9, 2010 at Tippah County Hospital Nursing Home in Ripley. She was born November 9, 1931 in Memphis to Autry Cleetus and Joyce Peeler Renfro and was a member of Blackwell Church of Christ. Services were December 11 at 1 pm at McBride Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Ashland Church of Christ Cemetery. Minister Garry Martin officiated. Survivors include one daughter, Cecillia Bouchillon (Jerry), Collierville, TN; one son, Connie Alberson (Connie), Ashland; two sisters, Frankie Sims, Little Rock, AR and Patricia Olsen (Skip) Fennville, Mich; one brother, Robert G. Renfro, Ashland; 4 grandchildren, Rebekah Nichols (Tim), Collierville, Jeff Bouchillon (Allison), Memphis, Brandon Alberson, Senatobia and Brenna Alberson, Tupelo; 2 great-grandchildren, Joshua Nichols and Bailee Boucillon. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Darol Alberson; her parents; two brothers, Joe Neal Renfro and Dan Renfro.
Pallbearers were Bob Renfro, Eddie Alberson, Neil Alberson, James Mize, Galon Hunt and Stanley Rolfe.
