Greeleyville, March 1, 1904 reported-Mr. Butler Browder, who lives near town, died very suddenly last Sunday, February 28, 1904 in the morning. He was in town Saturday and appeared to be as well as usual. The following morning while in the act of making a fire in his house he was stricken down and died almost instantaneously. Magistrate E.O. Limmer held an inquest over the body, and I think, upon Dr. Epps testimony the jury found that the deceased came to his death from heart failure.
