BAXTER -- Funeral services for C.B. Anderson, 56, of Buffalo Valley, will be held at 2 p.m. on Tues., Jan. 25, from the chapel of Baxter Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Rock Springs Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. today, Mon., Jan. 24, at the Funeral Home.
Mr. Anderson died on Sun., Jan. 23, 2000, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
He was born on July 23, 1943, to the late Millard and Philena Presley Anderson. Mr. Anderson was an upholsterer with Eagle Furniture Company.
His family includes his wife, Shena Bates Anderson of Buffalo Valley; five daughters and two sons-in-law, Sheila and Tony Burgess, and Audrey and Chris Ledbetter, all of Baxter, Tonya Anderson and Tina Herren, both of Cookeville, and Stacy Anderson of Buffalo Valley; a stepson, Phillip Brown of Gordonsville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Glen and Evelyn Anderson of Panther, W.Va., and Lillard and Juanita Anderson of Gainesboro; and five grandchildren, Jennifer, Gennie, Tia, Tyler and Lesha.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister-in-law, James Ray Anderson and T.J. and Thelma Anderson.
