son of Pearl, nee Walczak,
brother of Michael, Rose Kozakowski, Mildred Kleidon and Pearl Kozicki.
Funeral Saturday, Sept. 25, at 8:30 a.m., from chapel, 2878 S. Throop street, to St. Barbara's church for Requiem Mass. Interment Resurrection.
Military honors by Flanders post, No. 734, American Legion.
