Lloyd passed at Washoe Medical Center in Reno. He was born in Seminole, Oklahoma.
Prior to living in Carson City, he lived in Placerville, California and was a Protestant.
Lloyd was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and private pilot; he greatly enjoyed flying. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.
Among his survivors are his wife of 53 years, Velma May Dickerson of Carson City; daughters Earlene Lawhon of El Portal, California, Rae Dickerson of Dayton, Nevada and Karen Dickerson of Reno, Nevada; two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
