J.A. had moved to Denver before 1885, where he was the Vice President and General Manager of the Denver Tramway Company. In 1908, their parents, John and Emma Beeler moved to Denver to be near their sons.
Edwin married Mary Agnes Hickey on June 12, 1900 in Denver. She was born on June 22 1881 in Albany, Albany Co., New York.

Edwin died on October 18, 1931 in Scarsdale, Westchester County, following an illness of several months. He was 60 years old. Funeral services were held at the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, followed by interment at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Westchester County.
