Michael John Corrado was retired from his position as dispatcher for the City of Mt. Vernon, NY. He was an active member of the Italian Civic Association in Mt. Vernon. NY and later the Oakville Unico Club of Watertown, CT. Mike was an avid sports fan and sportsman. He was the quintessential do-it-yourself guy. Thanks to his humor and patience his nieces and nephews, as well as his daughters, learned to cast a fishing line, hold a paint brush and hammer a nail into a two by four. Michael was a devoted husband and father who fostered a quest for knowledge, travel and adventure in his daughters. Most of all he inspired them with his unsurpassed courage.
