RAPHAEL BENTSCHNER , 73, of Tampa died Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital. A native of Savannah, Ga., he was a longtime resident of Tampa. He was a retired Air Force major and veteran of World War II, a member of Kappa Alpha Order and St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. He is survived by his wife, Marie Jane; a son, Paul Raphael of Tampa; a daughter, Sue Marie MacIsaac of Tampa; a sister, Betty B. Meng of San Antonio, Texas; and a granddaughter. Curry & Son Funeral Home, Tampa.
