Wayne Earl Dearing of Wynne, died Sunday, April 9, 2006 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Funeral services were held Thursday, April 13, 2000 at 10 a.m., at the Thompson-Wilson Funeral Home Wynne Chapel. Interment was at the Dearing Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 18, 1926 in Wynne, the son of Buford and Katie (Knight) Dearing. He married Joyce Thurman on Dec. 20, 1950.
Mr. Dearing served in the U.S. Army dury WWII, he was of the Baptist faith, he worked in construction most of his life working many years for Centrex Construction in Illinois before retiring back in Arkansas. He enjoyed reading, working in his garden and hunting.
Survivors include his wife: Joyce Dearing; three sons: Jerry, Matt and Timmy; five daughters: Betty Ferch, Barbara Chesterfield, Judy Berglund, Tammy Arrequin and Kathy Schroder; two brothers: Donald Dearing and twin Winston "Blackie" Dearing; one sister: Pauline Murphy; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
