Mrs. Corbett was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joe Corbett, and her daughter, Teresa Corbett Smith.
Survivors include two sons, Pat Corbett of Columbus, Miss., and Boo Corbett of Grenada; three grandchildren, Chris Corbett, Candice Williams and Carmen Smith; and one great-grandchild, Hudson Williams.
Helen was the epitome of the loving Aunt. Gentle, happy, generous, loving and sharing. She was a fabulous cook, known especially for her pies. She had a South Texas accent which she never lost. Helen wrote letters on any occasion or no occasion, and her handwriting was beautiful. She loved getting a box of Russell Stover's candy, which was the only thing she rarely shared and never gave up. Terrific golfer.
