Elizabeth Winfree Barrow was the daughter of Phillip & Sarah Hayes Winfree. She married Solomon Barrow about 1822 in Louisiana. Elizabeth, Solomon and their children were instrumental in settling Point Barrow during the time of the Republic of Texas.
