Of Still Pond, Md and Betterton, MD Dau of the late William Edwin Myers and Mary E Brice Myers of Betterton. Survived by husband Edward Elwood Glenn Survived by Sons, Louis Earle Glenn, Vernon Walter Glenn of Wilmington, DE and a third son of Still Pond and Germany. Also several grandchildren.
She had been on the Prohibition Cause for Kent Cty MD,
worked previously for as a telephone operator, delivery of
mail for Still Pond Betterton (there is a street in Betterton named for her (Glenn St, she also had been a
teacher for Piney Neck Elementery and she and her husband
had a 166 acre farm in Still Pond, MD She died of injuries received on one of mail delivery calls (hit by a drunk driver) She never recovered.
She was rather tall ----6' 3" and very thin.
