Roger Earl Burke, age 74 of Casanova, Virginia died Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at Culpeper Health Center, Culpeper. Husband to Margaret Ruth Burke, Roger was born February 20, 1931 in Clifton, Virginia son of the late John Henry and Ruth Pearl Mentzer Burke. Mr. Burke was a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church, Midland where he was a Deacon. He was a co-founder of the Bus Ministry and served in the Childrens Ministry at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Manassas and then continued his ministry into other aspects of family care. Also preceded in death by four brothers: John T. Jack E. Harvey L. Roy and one sister: Lillian (Burke) Schaeffer.
funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 17, 2006 with Rev. Peyton Embrey officiating. Interment will be private
