She gave herself to Jesus in early life and united with the Christian church and later transferred he membership to the Knox Presbyterian church. She lived a true consistent life. "For me to live is Christ", was her motto". her trust was in Jesus. She was a kindhearted devoted wife and mother, a wholehearted and considerate neighbor, a true and devoted follower of Jesus, one who had endeared herself to the whole community and to all who knew her. She leaves her husband and five cildren, her father and mother, six brothers and four sisters, and host of friends and relatives to morn her loss.
Funeral services were held at the Knox Presbyterian church Sunday at one o'clock, conducted by Rev. J. S Cunningham, pastor of Knox church, and interment was made in the Knox cemetery.
