Jane Garnett was born to Louise Garnett and was named after her Maternal grandmother Jane Wade [Travick]-Garnett. She was baptized at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church of Bellville, TX.
During the 1940's she moved to Houston where she untied with Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church of Houston, TX.
She was an active member of the church where she served on the Mothers Board for several years until her death in 2000. She was a loving mother and grandmother and is dearly missed. My grandmother was a woman who loved the Lord and you could see that through the love & kindess she showed to others.
