A Memorial Mass for Kenneth J. Aehlert, 73, of Flippin, Arkansas will be held at a later date at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Yellville, AR. Kenneth passed away at home on November 19, 2014, surrounded by his family after a battle with brain cancer.

Kenneth was born March 2, 1941, in Chicago, IL to Henry Aehlert and Dora Hardt Aehlert. He married his wife of over 50 years Kathryn Kallimanes on June 22, 1963. Kenneth worked as a Union Machinist for Triangle Engineered Products. He was a devoted husband and a loving father and grandfather. He had a passion for vintage muscle cars and enjoyed traveling with Kathy to car shows.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Kathy of the home; three sons, Henry (Christina Barlas) of Arlington Heights, IL, Kurt (Beth) of Itasca, IL and Kenneth (Lynette) of Streamwood, IL; four grandchildren, Zachary and Nicholas and Kaitlyn Rae and Kendall Rose and canine buddy, Harley.

His parents, one brother and one sister preceded him in death.
