Funeral for Edna Faye Adams, 50, of Town Creek will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Elliott Funeral Home with the Rev. Ralton McCarley and the Rev. Tony Collins officiating.
Burial will be in Donald Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Adams died Saturday at her residence. She was born Edna Gibson on April 16, 1944, in Lawrence County. She was a homemaker and attended Unity Chapel Church.
She is survived by her husband, Fred Adams, two sons, Kirk Jason Adams and Robert Owens, both of Town Creek; two daughters Annie Cross of Town Creek and Lisa Smith of Courtland; four stepsons, Jerry Adams and Jimmy Doyle Adams, both of Hatton, Kenneth Adams of Texarkana, Texas and Jeff Adams of Indiana; her mother, Lela Holloway of Eva; her stepfather, Dewey Holloway of Eva; two brothers, Billy Gibson of Moulton and Carl Gibson of Lawrenceburg, Tenn; three sisters, Marie Borden and Olena Titus, both of Moulton, and Shelby May of Athens; six grandchildren and nine step-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be King Streater, Charles Agee, Shawn Hill, Randy Sain, Jimmy Dempsey and Bobby Dempsey.
