According to the same document she was the daughter of Louis Offutt and his wife, whose maiden name was listed as ? Moncrief. Her residence was listed as 617 So McLean in Memphis, but her place of death was in the Western State Hospital. She is listed as a widow, and the informant on the Death Certificate was a Mr? Frank Gianotti of the same address. This could be Mrs Frank Gianotti, there is another character after Mr but though the certificate is typewritten I still can not make it out. I believe that the father's name is incorrect. Per the 1880 Census Lilly Offutt was the daughter of Richard H. and Peninah Offutt, there was a brother named Louis in the household
