Born in Nova Scotia, son of the late William L. and Ethel L.(Harris) Adams. Came to this country at an early age, settling in the Boston area. For the past 35 years he resided in Manchester, prior to that, in Reading.
Owner & operator of Adams Paint & Wallpaper Store in Danvers; also Sears, Roebuck Co., in Saugus.
Active in Masonic affairs.
Survived by his wife, a daughter, Bonny Abell of Manchester; four grandchildren; three grt-grandsons; several nieces & nephews.
Burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Manchester, Mass.
