Isaac Sidney Rudy 52, died yesterday at his home, 409 Piedmont Avenue, following an illness of five months.

Born at Paw Paw, W.Va., he was the son of Charles Rudy, Keyser, and the late Mary Hutchinson Rudy. A member of the Brotherhood of Railway Carmen. Mr. Rudy had been employed 33 years by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company as a car repairman.

Surviving besides his father, are his widow, Mrs. Marion(Catlett) Rudy of Portland Oregon, three brothers, Irvin and Ernest Rudy, both of this city, and Clayton Rudy, Takoma Park; three sisters, Mrs Myrtle Bohrer, Mrs. Theodore Kidwell and Mrs. Daisy Wilson all of this city, and a grandaughter.

The body is at the Hafer Funeral Home. Services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. (EST) at Enon Primitive Baptist Church, Largent W.Va. Rev. Charles Alderton , pastor will officiate and interment will be in the church cemetery.
