Beverly Leigh Harp Baker, 60, of Denton, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2009 at Denton Regional Medical Center. She was born February 9, 1948 in Frisco to Andrew Wesley Harp and Catherine Morris Harp. She graduated from Frisco High School. She worked at Vogue Cleaners. She was married to Connie Baker.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 21, 2009 from 6 – 7:30 p.m., at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 22, 2009 at 11:00 a.m., at DeBerry Funeral Chapel with Rev. Buddy Owens officiating. Burial will follow at Little Elm Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Connie Baker of Denton; sister, Cheryl Johnson of Gainesville; nieces, Bridgett Harp of Frisco, and Kaleigh Johnson of Gainesville; nephews, Brent Harp of Anna, and Justin Harp of Gainesville; and great nephew, Zachery Tudor of Frisco. She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Bubba Harp.
