Born July 9, 1965, in Baltimore, the son of Roger and Dorothy Hyatt Bullard and was married to the late Kimberly Maria Melton Bullard, He was a machine operator with Eminess Technologies.
Survivors in addition to his parents, include one son Glenn Mitchell Bullard of Monroe; and one daughter, Melissa Dawn Bullard of Monroe; and one grandchild.
