Frederick Collins, who formerly taught music in Chicago, and more recently sang with the Castle Square Opera Company and with the Bostonians, died Tuesday, April 22, from blood poisoning. He passed away at his home, 410 West 124th street, where he lived with his mother and aunt. Mr. Collins was forty years old. The funeral was held last Saturday.
