FREDERICK COLLINS, a chorus singer with the Bostonians, died April 22, at his home in this city, from blood poisoning. He was forty years of age, and had at various times been connected with the Castle Square Opera Co. and other opera companies.

He passed away at his home, 410 West 124th street, where he lived with his mother and aunt. Mr. Collins was forty years old. The funeral was held last Saturday.
