The funeral of Mrs. I. Cummins, of whose death brief mention was made in the previous issue of the PIONEER, was held in this city last Saturday. The services were conducted at St. Joseph’s church, by Dean Collins and were largely attended. The deceased had been a resident of Mandan for a great many years and was highly esteemed for her many excellent and amiable qualities. She had been a sufferer for sometime, but bore her afflictions with Christian fortitude. She is survived by her son Theodore Cummins and her daughter Mrs. James McGillic.
