Scott Edge, age 36, of Wichita Falls, Texas passed away Wednesday morning, July 11, 2001 at a Wichita Falls hospital.
Services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 14, 2001 at the First Baptist Church of Archer City with Roger Deerinwater, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the Archer City Cemetery under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.
Mr. Edge, the son of Fred W. and Janis Scott Edge, was born May 19, 1965 in Olney, Texas. He and Terrie Martin were married August 3, 1995 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He was the manager of Archer Feed and Grain in Archer City, Texas and was also an independent oil producer in Archer County and the surrounding areas. He was a member of the Archer Masonic Lodge #708 A.F. & A.M. where he became the Worshipful Master on July 10, 2001. He was also a member of the Maskat Temple Shrines, the Scottish Rite, and the Sons of the American Legion Post 198 of Archer City.
Survivors include; his wife, Terrie of Wichita Falls, Texas; one daughter, Karley LeeAnn Edge of Archer City, Texas; his father and mother, Fred and Jan Edge of Archer City, Texas; and one brother, Fred Edge Jr. of Archer City, Texas.
The family suggests memorials to the Maskat Shrine Transportation Fund, P.O. Box 1950, Wichita Falls, Texas 76307.
