Sreenivasalu Adikesavalu, 90, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 in Princeton, Texas. Sreenivasalu was born on July 20, 1923 in Chennai, India. Coming to America as a young man, he would serve his adopted country with honor in the United States Army during World War II. Sreenivasalu would met and later marry Chandrabai Adikesavalu in September, 1946. To this union were born six daughters.
Sreenivasalu is preceded in death by his parent; and two brothers, Kuppuswamy and Dorairay, both of Chennai, India.
Those left to celebrate his life include his wife of sixty-seven years, Chandrabai Adikesavalu; daughters, Sara Bashyam, Ramani Selvam, Rajakumari Ellappa, Mahalakshmi Kuppurajan, ShanthiMohankumar, Srilatha Sankarappan; brother, Balakrishnan Sreenivasalu; sister Kanthammal Baktha; fourteen grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbors
