Mrs. Maude J. Wright) Bovee, 77, died Tuesday of a heart attack while visiting at the home of her daughter. Mrs. William Potts of Athens.
Mrs. Bovee, who had been living with another daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Holmberg of 1843 Evergreen St. SE., was the widow of Lloyd D. Bovee, a salesman who died in 1953
A native of Grand Haven, she came to Grand Rapids as a child and had lived here since. She was a member of Plymouth Congregational Church.
Also surviving are a son, Edwin W. Bovee, and another daughter, Mrs. Earl Wagner, both of Grand Rapids; eight grandchildren. two great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Leon Stander of Hastings.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Friday at Eggebeen Chapel, the Rev. Dean Dalrymple of Plymouth Church officiating. Burial will be in Garfield Park Cemetery.
