-- Mrs. B.B. Adkins passed away at her home Monday evening after a few days illness. The funeral was held at the Baptist church Thursday afternoon, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Rickman. The body was laid to rest in the Carlisle Cemetery. Mrs. Adkins was a resident of this place for many years and leaves a host of friends who will miss her. Mr. Adkins who has been poorly has the sympathy of his many friends here. He will make his home with his daughter, Mrs. Chet Kail of this place.
