H. Kent Conway was born on January 27, 1885, the son of John Gibbons Conway (b. July 30, 1859, d. September 7, 1911) and Fannie Sparks. H. Kent Conway never married according to family records. He died on June 14, 1902 in Wolftown, Madison County, Virginia.
