David Lawrence Bartlett, Jr., of Montgomery, Texas passed away on Monday, September 3, 2007 in Conroe, Texas after a long hard battle with cancer at age 23. David was born on September 7, 1983 in Houston, Texas.

He is survived by his father, David Bartlett Sr.; mother and step-father, Teena and Larry Currie; son, Nathaniel; sister and husband, Jennifer and James Woods; grandfather, George Bartlett Sr.; girlfriend, Yesenia Gonzalez; step-sons, Gordo and Jack Jack; a niece, Peyton and a nephew, Blake; numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his grandparents.

David served three years in the U. S. Navy. He had several hobbies, but especially enjoyed playing his guitar, video games, and loved the beach.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 7th at 2:00p.m.in the Chapel of
