Charles was a native of Haskell county Oklahoma. He was a World War II Veteran and in 1942 moved to Pittsburg, California.
Treasured husband of Tiny Fae Allison, and beloved father of two daughters. Brother of Mrs. Patricia Propersi, William and Everett Allison.
He was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Antioch.
Services were held at the Higgins Funeral Chapel in Antioch, where the Rev. L. L. Langley of the Assembly of God in Modesto officiated. Pallbearers were Art Colas, Jack Prejza, Don Metcalf, Ross Miller, Douglas Langstrom and Austin Berg.
