In Springfield, MA - Frank J. Drislane, 81, of 756 Belmont Ave., died Thursday at Mercy Hospital. He was born in Rockingham N.H. (sic), on Jan. 29, 1889, and had lived in Springfield for more than 50 years. He was formerly employed by Indian Motorcycle Co. for 35 years and for seven years by Titeflex Co. He had been retired since 1954. Mr. Drislane was a charter member of Holy Name Church, and of Holy Name Society, and had served as a church usher for 37 years. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Mae (Sullivan) Drislane; a son, William H. at home; and a daughter, Mrs. Frank L. Evangelist of Feeding Hills. The funeral will be Monday morning at Hafey's funeral home, with a Mass of the Resurrection in Holy Name Church. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery.
He was born Timothy Francis Drislane, changed it to Frank John Drislane.
