Rhonda Ann Ward Burnsed, 48, of Savannah, Georgia, wife of Robert Allen Burnsed, died Sunday afternoon, June 8, 2003, at Candler Hospital. Born in Savannah, Georgia, Mrs. Burnsed was a daughter of the late Norman Gary Ward and Laliah L. Kight Ward. She was a former member of Morningside Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, a brother, Richard Gary Ward, preceded Mrs. Burnsed in death. Surviving are her husband, Robert Allen Burnsed, of Savannah, Georgia; two brothers and sister-in-law, Norman Ray Ward of Savannah, Georgia, and Robbie L. Ward and his wife, Maria Ward of Daufuskie Island, South Carolina, and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service will be 1 oclock Wednesday afternoon in the Chapel of Sipple Mortuary conducted by The Reverend William W. Griffis. Interment will be private.
