GENEVA - Michael Wray Patton, 9 months old, of State Route 307, died unexpectedly Monday, Oct. 28, 2002, at his home.
He was born Jan. 25, 2002, the son of Michael D. Patton and Jessica Winchell, in Ashtabula.
He was known to his family as "our little Superman."
Survivors include his parents; maternal grandparents, Denny and Patricia Winchell of Ashtabula; maternal great-grandparents, Chris and Phyllis Campbell, and Marlene Winchell, all of Ashtabula; paternal grandparents, Arnold Sturgill and Mary Bautista of Floyd County, Ky.; paternal grandmother, Karen L. Waugh, also of Floyd County; paternal great-grandmother, Hollie B. Patton of Ashtabula; and paternal grandfather, Clinton D. Patton of Ashtabula.
He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Wray Winchell, and paternal great-grandfather, Frank Patton Sr.
Service will be 10 a.m. Friday at the Pentecostal Church of God, 2201 Cook Road, Ashtabula. The Rev. Kenneth Roberts, pastor, will officiate.
Burial will be in Saybrook Cemetery.
Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Askew-Brink-Ducro Funeral Home, 1709 W. 11th St., Ashtabula.
