Daughter of Vincent and Lucy (Pasckiewicz) Lutrzykowski. Sister of Rose, Jessie, Frank, John, Andy, Josephine & Ann.

Wife of William "Bill" Marshall. Mother of six children: Monica (Mickey) (and Len), Bill (and Barbara), Vince (and Lu Ann), Andrew (deceased - October 12, 2016), Ronny (deceased - February 9, 2008), and Teresa (and Vernon). Ten grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

Frances was a family-first person. She had her first child 10 months after her wedding and from then on she never put herself first again. Raising six children, working as a night-shift waitress (11pm to 7AM), cooking and household chores left her with little time for anything else. Even though she was always busy with work or chores, she loved to spend time with her family whenever she could. On one such outing, when the family went to Gwynn Oak Amusement Park, Frances made a delicious picnic lunch . . . unfortunately, when she made the potato salad, instead of vinegar, she somehow used rubbing alcohol. The family still laughs about this, although it was a while before anyone would eat potato salad!

Her husband Bill passed away in August 1979. She tried a few different jobs: light bulb saleslady, factory worker, and her last job, which she truly loved, photocopy person at the University of Maryland School of Law. It was there that she suffered a stroke in 1985 that left her with a permanent speech disability. This did not stop Frances from staying busy. She babysat her grandchildren and was always ready for an outing with her family. She went on vacations with all her children and their families and loved to travel.

She loved collecting angels and patriotic memorabilia.

Frances will be missed by all for her sweet personality and for her world-class cooking skills. We love you mom.
