A longtime resident of Sarnia, Ontario, he owned a restaurant there with a billiard room upstairs. He is buried, next to his wife Adelaide and young son Hollis in the Little family plot at the Belmont Cemetery of Belmont, Nova Scotia, where he was born. And where he played with his little sister* after supper until sunset. Just as the sunset dropped into final darkness they would run for the safety of the house and the lights of home.
