Franklin Wilson Arehart, 75, died Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at home.
Born August 28, 1938 in Rockbridge County, he was a son of the late Wallace Lee and Anna Mabel Reese Arehart. Franklin was a chef and a member of Victory Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Lottie Schart Arehart; three sons, David Brian Arehart, Wallace Lee Arehart and Mark Wade Arehart; two sisters, Margaret Ann Byers and Barbara Lee Arehart; one brother, Ralph Arehart.
A funeral service will be conducted Monday, Oct. 28, at 2 p.m. in Harrison Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Dean Staton. Burial will follow in Rockbridge Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, at Harrison Funeral Chapel
