Ronnie lived in London for a number of years and then returned to Ireland in the 1970s. He enjoyed going on fishing holidays to county Cavan with friends. He liked to smoke roll his own cigarettes and he enjoyed a pint. He was a very generous man. Ronnie died at Beaumont Hospital after a short illness.
