Cynthia "Cindi" Michelle Pagel, 16, of 1080 Emmons St., died Saturday, April 29, 1995, in Genesis West Hospital, Davenport, from injuries suffered in a three-car accident in Davenport on Friday. Services: 1 p.m. Tuesday, Trinity Lutheran Church, Cedar Rapids, by the Rev. Wayne Schroeder. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 tonight at Stewart Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids.

Survivors [omitted]. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles E. Pagel.

Cindi was born Dec. 21, 1978, in Cedar Rapids, to Charles and Laura Hornbostel Pagel. A sophomore at Kennedy High School, she was a member of the volleyball, basketball and softball teams and a manager of the boys' soccer team. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and employed by Hardee's on Center Point Road.

Cindi was a very loving and giving person. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Instead of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kennedy volleyball team.
